Life Coaching with The Death Positive Library

I wanted to tell you that life is a lot shorter than you could ever have imagined... I don’t want you to wake up one day and realize that you spent so much time worrying about life that you forgot to live it.” Jacqueline Simon Gunn

Some believe that it is fear of death that underpins human anxiety, and others that it is a fear of fully engaging with living that forms anxiety… either way, contemplating our death can help us grasp what has meaning for us in our life now and how we might want to fully live it.

During this coming autumn I am working with The Death Positive Library to offer up to 16 people a maximum of 2 free life coaching sessions each. This coaching opportunity will be a safe, non judgemental space to consider what key aspects of your life you would like to bring change to and focus on.

Each session will last 50 minutes and will take place in Redbridge Central Library on Thursdays beginning on 14th September until Thursday 2nd November 2023. Slots will run at 10.10 am, 11.10 am, 12.40pm and 1.40pm.

You can book here.

Once your first booking is confirmed I will give you an initial 15 minute phone call where the parameters of the work will be discussed, any questions you may have can be answered and your second session can be booked. Bookings will be on a first come first served basis.

Please note, these sessions do not offer grief counselling or psychological therapy.

For grief support, please see information on Grief Cafes which are delivered in partnership between The Death Positive Library and Creating Conversations.
