About me

I have a degree in Fine Art Sculpture and have pursued a diverse path taking in arts management, research and writing, play therapy, community housing, life coaching and hand crafting (ceramics, mould making, casting and early photographic processes). Over the past 10 years I have developed skills of patination with Capisco Ltd, which I feel has exposed me to intuitively responding to materials and physicality. These experiences have taught me to perceive, respond to and create experiences where personal meaning can be found and felt and identified. Finding what has meaning to us, I believe, helps us make a sense of ourselves and the world around us. It helps us feel that we belong, have a right to be here and crystallises what unique gifts we have to offer up in our lives.

Through my own life experiences I am drawn to the Death Positive movement as it's clear to me that silence and fear around death can only cause pain, isolation, confusion and unhelpful coping mechanisms. I believe the felt experiences that coaching facilitates can dramatically and profoundly change our historically fixed ways of seeing situations and soften our fears so that we can live our true essence more fully in the world.
