Working with Hannah was a very collaborative and enjoyable experience. She created a warm, safe, and playful environment for my life coaching journey. I started being coached by Hannah at a time of stagnation in my career which contrasted with fast paced change in my personal life. I was recommended Hannah through a friend, and was intrigued. I had had work mentors before but never life coaching, but it sounded like something I should try.
I liked Hannah from our first session. She was warm, patient, and kind. Having her truly listen – without being rushed or judged – was such a refreshing experience.

We used our time to identify which areas of my life I would like to focus on, consider what I wanted for my future, and pull out themes so I could explore what was really important to me.

Being coached by Hannah felt like unlocking needs and ideas that already existed within me but needed a little help coaxing out. Her exercises and visualisation techniques helped me explore what my priorities really were, free from social and societal expectations. I found Hannah’s approach gave me enough of a framework to make sense of lots of messy thoughts, but was spacious enough that it felt I was arriving at conclusions and reflections of my own accord, rather than being led.

In the coaching sessions with Hannah, I made the first steps towards creating the future I want, both through visualising what that entailed and making a commitment to myself to honour that vision.
